Terms of Sale

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Atlas Gun Services LLC ("Atlas Gun Services," "we," "us"), whether made on atlasgunservices.com or at our shop at 13380 Telge Rd Ste 805, Cypress, TX 77429. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our FFL Shipping & Transfer Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old to place an order on this website.
  • You may not buy a firearm or ammunition if federal, state or local law prohibits you from owning it.

2. Ordering and pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Prices, availability and product details can change without notice.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or an unverifiable buyer.
  • Sometimes a price, description or stock status is listed in error. If so, we'll correct it. We may cancel any order placed at the wrong price, even after we've sent a confirmation. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
  • Sales tax is charged where required by law.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due in full when you order, using one of the methods shown at checkout.
  • We don't ship or release an order until payment has cleared.
  • Some payment methods have their own restrictions on firearm purchases.

4. Firearm orders

  • FFL only. Firearms, including frames and receivers, ship only to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). That can be Atlas Gun Services or another FFL you choose at checkout. Firearms never ship to a home or business address. See our FFL Shipping & Transfer Policy.
  • Background check. To take possession, you must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the background check (NICS or a qualifying alternate permit). You must also meet every federal, state and local age, residency and eligibility requirement. Federal law requires buyers to be 21 or older for handguns and handgun frames and receivers, and 18 or older for rifles and shotguns.
  • Unlawful or straw purchases. We may refuse or cancel any sale or transfer we believe may be unlawful, including any suspected straw purchase, which means buying a firearm for someone else who is not the actual buyer.
  • Your local laws. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws where you live, and where any item will be shipped or possessed. A product appearing on our website doesn't mean it is legal for you to own.
  • NFA items. Suppressors and other National Firearms Act items are released only after ATF approves the transfer. Until then they stay with us.
  • Pickup. If Atlas is your receiving dealer, pick up your firearm within 30 days of being notified that it has arrived. If you don't, we may cancel the order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Transfer fees

These fees apply when Atlas Gun Services is the receiving dealer:

If you choose another FFL, that dealer sets its own fees.

6. Special orders

  • We can order many items we don't stock.
  • Special orders may require payment in advance.
  • Once placed with the supplier, a special order can't be cancelled or returned.
  • Lead times and pricing come from the manufacturer or distributor and can change.

7. Shipping of non-firearm items

  • Parts, accessories and other non-firearm items ship to U.S. addresses where the item is legal to own.
  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.
  • Report shipping damage as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Some items may be available for in-store pickup only.

8. Warranty

  • Atlas Gun Services doesn't add its own warranty to the products we sell.
  • New products carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
  • We'll help you contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
  • Disclaimer: to the fullest extent the law allows, products are sold without any other warranty, express or implied. That includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
  • We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
  • We aren't responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper modification, improper ammunition or failure to follow safe firearm handling.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes

  • We may update these terms at any time.
  • The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
