Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains what can be returned and how refunds work. Please contact us before returning anything: (214) 763-4542 or t.montgomery@atlasgunservices.com.

Firearms

After transfer: once a firearm has been transferred to you (ATF Form 4473 completed), it cannot be returned.
Warranty problems: if something is wrong with a firearm, it goes to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you arrange it.
Cancelled or denied orders: if you cancel a firearm order, or the transfer is denied or can't be completed, we refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. This includes:
- a failed background check
- not meeting age or residency rules
- not picking up the firearm within 30 days of notice
Transfer fees are not refundable once the transfer paperwork has been started.

Non-firearm items

New, unfired and unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, as long as:

they're in original condition and packaging,
you have your receipt or order number, and
you pay the return shipping.

The original shipping charge isn't refundable.

Final sale items

These can't be returned:

Special orders
Ammunition
Cerakote and other custom work
Used and pre-owned items

Services: gunsmithing, cleaning and Cerakote

Tell us about a workmanship problem within 7 days of picking up your firearm and we'll make it right.

Damaged in shipping

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

Refunds

We inspect returned items when they arrive.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Your bank may take longer to post the credit.
